🔒 Google updates security
Google Drive integrations reset after 16 hours.
Google does not want to make headlines for being hacked. Who does?
In 2023, Google began an initiative to require users who ‘Login Using Google’ to apps and websites to re-authenticate every 16 hours. They expanded this to include ‘Connect to Google Drive’ in 2025. This means that when you connect your CorZen account to your Google Drive, that connection will hold for 16 hours before you need to click the button again.
This security change prevents stolen gmail accounts from being used to log into apps and websites indefinitely. To make the process easier for our members, we automatically update the buttons on Profile → Integrations → Google Workspace to show your current status. One click and you re-attach your Google Drive.
If you swear that you integrated your Google Drive into CorZen, but are being asked to do it again, then you can stop worrying that your mind is slipping. Nope. It’s just a security measure. One less thing to worry about.

💃 Agents gain their freedom
Agents are now available to work in structured and unstructured environments
I’m not talking about the new model from OpenAI that escaped it’s testing environment and started hacking Hugging Face and other companies. The CorZen community has been loving the use of agents within project plans BUT wanted more.
Don’t we always want more? Definitely.
I am happy to share that Team and Business members will now see ‘Agents’ as an option in your CorZen workbench. These stand-alone agents produce the same awesome reports and content as within project plans, but you can run them without a corresponding project.
Want a quick LinkedIn strategy that is unrelated to your projects? No problem - just use the stand alone Build LinkedIn Content Strategy Agent.
Stand-alone Agents save their work in My Files → Agent Outputs so that you can access them whenever you want. You can download the reports to share with other people and also choose those files as context when creating new projects.
You can now use your Agents within project plans and outside of them. I find myself running 1/3 Stand Alone Agents and 2/3 Agents Within Projects and love this new option.
